Test & Tune
Tune the part that changed before rerunning everything.
AI content rarely becomes satisfactory in one attempt. Test & Tune provides a clear place to compare outputs, adjust a prompt or model, inspect cost and evidence, and confirm a result before applying it to production.
What a test run changes
A test run can isolate a prompt, model, input, or workflow branch while retaining the brand and media constraints that make the comparison meaningful. It does not silently publish, consume an unrelated production schedule, or pretend a partial result is a completed production run.
Two equally supported ways to work
Agent-operated
Your AI Agent discovers the available test controls, proposes variants, runs the approved comparison, and presents a concise result. You observe the evidence and tell the Agent what to adjust.
Human-operated
Open a simple comparison, change the model or prompt, run it, and compare the outputs side by side. Advanced runtime details remain available without dominating the default view.
What remains visible
- The exact input, model/provider route, prompt version, and changed setting.
- Output, schema/quality result, latency, estimated or recorded cost, and any fallback.
- Which result was confirmed and whether it was applied to a saved workflow configuration.
Questions
Does Test & Tune publish content?
No. Test & Tune is a comparison and confirmation surface. Publication remains a separate reviewed action.
Can I rerun only one workflow step?
Where the workflow exposes a safe checkpoint, GrowFlux can rerun from that step while preserving traceability. Some upstream changes require dependent steps to run again.
Does a test run have zero cost?
Not necessarily. GrowFlux shows the expected scope and provider cost before confirmation and distinguishes test usage from full production usage.
